"The Viper" Randy Orton is currently on WWE's disabled/ inactive list.
As you may be aware, he has not appeared on TV since the June 21st edition of RAW, when he lost a singles match to John Morrison.
He was later pulled from the "Second Chance Money in the Bank Qualifier" match due to "circumstances out of control." No further reason was provided by WWE.
Orton has also been silent on Twitter lately. He has not made any new tweets but has "liked" tweets from various people.
Fightful Select is reporting that Randy has been on the company's inactive list while he has been away. It is currently unknown why is he on the list, but the good news is that there are no known issues between the two parties.
WWE obviously had creative plans in place for Orton and Matt Riddle through SummerSlam, but due to whatever is going on with Orton, Riddle is now headed in another direction. Another sign that points that things aren't bad between Orton and the company is that Riddle continues to mention Randy on WWE Television and on social media.
The "R-K-Bro" team was once rumoured for a title shot from RAW Tag team champions AJ Styles and Omos, however those plans have been put on hold as well.
WWE officials are hoping that Randy Orton will be back in a couple weeks, for the August 2nd RAW from the Allstate Arena near Chicago.
